Personally I am not a big fan on the mindfulness colouring books, so for me this book was perfect. There is space and 642 things listed for you to draw from under your bed, to a wheat field to Machu Picchu. It gave me different ideas and a distraction (that wasn’t looking at everyone else’s life’s on social media or the usual watching TV) to be creative."
